This is the Atari 2600 / 2600A Domestic VCS Field Service Manual, document FD100133, Revision 02, dated January 21, 1983.
Not the owner’s manual.
The repair manual.
This was written for servicing the machine when something inside it stopped behaving.
It covers hardware theory, motherboard revisions, diagnostic procedures, RAM failures, controller repair, troubleshooting flowcharts, parts lists, service information, and schematics for the 2600 and 2600A.
The Rev. 02 edition matters because Atari corrected errors in several flowcharts and parts lists. Known replacement pages include 4-25, 6-21, 8-3, and 8-7.
There are plenty of Atari 2600 manuals online.
Most aren’t this one.
This is a huge Atari 2600 manual collection containing hundreds of megabytes of documentation. This field service manual isn’t sitting in that obvious pile.
The surviving copy tracked down here came from the old AtariGuide site and was captured by the Internet in 2016.

Some are prettier.

This points to a surviving historical scan preserved from an older Atari documentation site on the internet.
If you want the old service document instead of somebody’s modern reconstruction, that’s the useful distinction.
You could probably find it yourself.
