CacheRat sells digital products. Once a file or download has been delivered, sales are generally final.
Changed Your Mind
A refund normally isn’t available because you:
- changed your mind,
- no longer need the file,
- found another copy somewhere else,
- or didn’t read the product description before buying.
The product page tells you what you’re getting before payment.
Broken or Incorrect Downloads
Different story.
If the download is corrupt, incomplete, missing promised files, or materially different from the listing, contact CacheRat within 7 days of purchase.
Include your order number and a short description of the problem.
I’ll first try to fix the file or provide a working replacement. If I can’t deliver what you actually purchased, I’ll refund the order.
Crypto Refunds
Bitcoin and Lightning payments cannot simply be reversed.
If a refund is approved, it will be sent as a separate crypto payment. You may need to provide a Bitcoin address, Lightning invoice, or other information needed to send it back.
Network or transaction fees may affect the final amount where applicable.
Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally paid the same order twice, contact CacheRat. Once the duplicate payment is verified, the extra payment will be refunded.
Nothing in this policy removes any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived where you live.
