What You’re Buying
Product pages describe exactly what is being sold.
Depending on the item, that may be:
- a downloadable file,
- a ZIP or archive,
- a document,
- a cleaned or indexed collection,
- a text file containing access information or source links,
- or another digital deliverable described on the product page.
Read the listing before buying.
If a product consists of access to a public source, archive, mirror, or original URL, you are paying for the work involved in finding, identifying, verifying, organizing, documenting, or providing convenient access to it.
CacheRat does not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it is difficult to find.
Digital Delivery
Products are delivered electronically.
Most purchases are made available through the order/download system after payment is confirmed.
There is no physical shipment.
Keep your download after you receive it. CacheRat is not intended to be permanent cloud storage for things you already bought.
Download links may expire, change, or be replaced if the store software, hosting, or product files change.
If a paid order is marked complete and the promised download does not work, contact CacheRat with enough information to identify the order.
Payment
CacheRat accepts cryptocurrency through the payment methods shown at checkout.
A payment is not complete until the payment processor reports it as paid or settled.
Do not send cryptocurrency to random addresses found elsewhere on the site and assume it counts as an order.
Do not pay the same invoice twice.
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. Check the amount and destination before sending.
Network fees, wallet fees, exchange fees, or other costs charged outside CacheRat are your responsibility.
Prices
Prices are shown on the product page or during checkout.
Cryptocurrency values move. The amount required for an invoice may therefore differ from an earlier quote, screenshot, or cached page.

Refunds
Digital goods are difficult to return for the obvious reason: once you have the file, you have the file.
For that reason, completed digital purchases are generally final.
Refunds may be considered when:
- the wrong product was delivered,
- the download is materially broken,
- the delivered product is substantially different from the listing,
- or CacheRat made an actual mistake with the order.
A refund is not normally provided because:
- you changed your mind,
- you found the original source elsewhere,
- you later discovered that similar material is available free,
- you bought something you did not need,
- your software cannot open an otherwise normal file format,
- or the cryptocurrency price changed after purchase.
If there is a genuine problem, contact CacheRat and describe it plainly.
Public and Third-Party Sources
Some CacheRat products may be based on material available elsewhere on the internet.
That is not hidden.
A product may include work such as:
- finding scattered material,
- identifying an intact copy,
- removing duplicates,
- cleaning filenames,
- repairing or rotating scans,
- converting formats,
- building indexes,
- organizing collections,
- documenting provenance,
- or locating an original source that is difficult to find.
You may be able to reproduce some of this work yourself for free.
That is fine.
The product is the result of the work already being done.
Rights and Provenance
CacheRat attempts to list material only when there is a reasonable basis for lawful sale, redistribution, transformation, or delivery.
Where relevant, product pages may describe the source, public-domain status, license, or other reuse basis.
CacheRat does not claim copyright in third-party material merely because it appears in a product.
Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners where applicable.
If you are a rights holder and believe something has been listed incorrectly, use the contact page and identify the material in question.
Acceptable Use
Buying something from CacheRat does not automatically transfer copyright, resale rights, trademark rights, commercial redistribution rights, or any other intellectual-property rights.
Unless a product specifically says otherwise, your purchase gives you access to the delivered product for your own lawful use.
If the underlying material is public domain or separately licensed for broader use, those rights come from that status or license, not from CacheRat.
Do not use CacheRat products for:
- unlawful activity,
- fraud,
- harassment,
- unauthorized access,
- malware distribution,
- privacy violations,
- or infringement of someone else’s rights.
Basically: buying a file here does not grant diplomatic immunity.
Product Accuracy
CacheRat tries to describe products accurately.
Old files are sometimes ugly.
Scans may contain stains, crooked pages, missing pages, damaged originals, outdated information, strange formatting, obsolete software, or other defects inherited from the source.
Known problems will be disclosed when practical.
Unless specifically promised otherwise, products are provided as-is.
A forty-year-old photocopy does not become 4K because it passed through a shopping cart.
No Warranty
CacheRat does not guarantee that a product will:
- solve your problem,
- work with every operating system or application,
- remain useful forever,
- remain available from its original external source,
- contain information suitable for professional, legal, medical, financial, engineering, or safety-critical decisions,
- or produce any particular result.
You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for what you intend to do with it.
External Links
Some products may contain links to third-party websites, archives, mirrors, or services.
CacheRat does not control those sites.
External links can move, disappear, break, change ownership, or become unavailable without warning.
If the primary value of a purchased product is a supplied link or source location and that link was already dead when delivered, contact CacheRat.
CacheRat cannot guarantee that somebody else’s server will remain online forever.
Nobody can.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, CacheRat is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or secondary losses resulting from the use or inability to use a product.
That includes lost data, lost profits, business interruption, incompatible software, external-site failure, or decisions made using information contained in a product.
If CacheRat is found responsible for a claim connected to a purchase, liability will not exceed the amount you paid CacheRat for that specific product, except where applicable law does not allow such a limitation.
Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for checking:
- the product description,
- file format,
- compatibility information if provided,
- what is actually included,
- and whether the product is useful for your purpose.
After downloading, you are responsible for keeping your own copy.
Privacy
CacheRat tries to collect as little customer information as reasonably possible.
Order and payment information may still be recorded when necessary to process transactions, deliver products, prevent abuse, maintain accounting records, or troubleshoot orders.

Abuse
CacheRat may restrict access, cancel an unpaid order, disable abusive download activity, or refuse service when reasonably necessary to protect the site, payment system, infrastructure, or other users.
Automated scraping, attacks, credential abuse, attempts to bypass payment, and deliberate exploitation of the store are not permitted.
Finding a weird URL is not a coupon code.
Changes
These rules may be updated as the store changes.
The version posted on this page at the time of purchase applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
