TL;DR: The Sony PVM-2030 service manual was strangely hard to find for a very common professional CRT monitor. A preservation effort finally scanned the first-edition manual and four supplements. This CacheRat resource puts the surviving archive locations in one small, useful file so you do not have to go digging for them yourself.
The Sony PVM-2030 is a professional Trinitron color video monitor from the era when service documentation actually meant service documentation. The first-edition manual covers the U.S. and Canadian models and identifies chassis SCC-A85A-A.
The manual includes specifications, front and rear controls, system connections, picture-tube removal, beam landing, convergence and white-balance setup, safety-related adjustments, circuit adjustments, block diagrams, schematics, printed wiring-board layouts, semiconductor identification, exploded views and a large electrical parts list.
In other words: this is not a two-page owner’s leaflet telling you not to spill coffee into the television.
