This university-hosted conversion preserves PGP 6.5.1’s lessons on public keys, signatures, certificates, and key trust. Its references to modems and keyring files date the text; its old cipher guidance is not modern security advice. The useful bit is the web itself: a PDF-era manual made linkable and browsable for a class.
